Where do orders dispatch from?
Everything dispatches from our Australian studio. Order before 3:00 PM and it leaves the same day, tracked with Australia Post. No international post, no customs surprises.
How much is shipping?
Standard Australia Post is $15.00 AUD flat, free on orders over $200.00 AUD.
How long does Australia Post delivery take?
Standard usually arrives in 2 to 6 business days to metro areas, 3 to 8 for regional. We quote estimates, not promises.
Are your products authentic?
Yes. Every product comes through authorised Australian distributors and sits on our shelves before it ships. Grey-market stock never enters the studio.
Do your sunscreens meet the Australian standard?
Yes. Every SPF we stock is supplied through authorised Australian channels and complies with AS/NZS 2604:2012, the Australian and New Zealand sunscreen standard. Full detail on the Compliance & Care page.
Can I return a product?
Message us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace or refund, no argument. For hygiene reasons opened products cannot be returned unless faulty.
