1. Orders & Payments

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. After you submit an order, the team confirms stock and sends a payment invoice by email or message. Your order is confirmed once payment is received. We reserve the right to cancel any order for stock or pricing errors.

2. Shipping

We dispatch via Australia Post. Standard shipping is $15.00 AUD flat, free on orders over $200.00 AUD. The cut-off for same-day dispatch is 3:00 PM. Delivery times vary by location and are estimates, not guarantees.

3. Authenticity

Every product is genuine Korean skincare sourced through authorised Australian distributors. Grey-market and counterfeit stock never enters the studio.

4. Returns

For damaged or incorrect items, message us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare cannot be returned unless faulty.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
